You can see complete stats that include opens, plays, and downloads for material sent through the site from the Sent section of your User Dashboard.
View your “Sent” info by clicking your user icon (in the very top right of your browser window once you’re logged in) → Dashboard → Sent.
This page contains all relevant information on the playlists, albums, and tracks you’ve sent (from your account) through your site. Click to expand any sent listing to reveal when it was sent, who it was sent to, and whether or not they clicked, played, or downloaded any tracks from that email.
Please note, links sent by copying, pasting, and sending on your own will not appear as listings in the Sent section, only material sent through the site will appear here. For detailed instructions on how to send material in this manner, see the Sending Tracks, Albums, and Playlists page.
Data on sent material from all admins can be viewed from your admin panel (the wrench and screwdriver in the top right corner of your browser window once you’re logged in as an admin) → View Statistics → Company Sent.
You can see complete stats on how many plays and download your tracks are getting either by viewing stats on a single track or from the admin panel for a total site overview.
To view the stats of a single track, start by heading to that track’s detailed view by clicking its title from any listing of tracks on the site. Click “Stats & Activity” on the far right just above the waveform. View all plays over the lifetime of the track, or click Download History or Edit History to view those details respectively.
To view the stats of all tracks collectively, head to the admin panel by clicking the wrench and screwdriver icon in the top right → View Statistics → and you’ll land on the Music Stats sub-tab where this information is displayed. Use the parameters available to view stats by the field, time window, or sorting option of your choice.
You can see complete stats on any registered user’s play and download history.
To view the play and download stats of any user, head to the admin panel by clicking the wrench and screwdriver icon in the top right → View Statistics → User Stats. Click any user’s name to see the details of their history.
From the User Stats page, you can use the export tools seen on the right-hand side to export full spreadsheets of data.
- Use “Export Cumulative User Report” to export a spreadsheet of play/download history for all relevant users within any date parameter. (I.e. User-centric data)
- Use “Export User Report With Tracks” to export a spreadsheet of all plays and downloads within any date parameter, listing complete track metadata, time of play/download, and user information of who played/downloaded. (I.e. Track-centric data)
You can see the top 100 most popular search entries on your site in your admin panel.
To view the most commonly used search entries on your site head to your admin panel by clicking the wrench and screwdriver icon in the top right of your browser window → View Statistics → Search Trends. This panel displays the top 100 most popular search entries on your site over the last 24 hours, week, month, or all-time as it appears by default.
