Overview
SonicSearch allows you to find tracks based on their musical similarity to other tracks. You can compare SourceAudio tracks directly, upload a new music file, or match a YouTube or SoundCloud URL.
Administrators, you can enable or disable SonicSearch on your site by going to the Admin Panel → Edit Site Settings → Search → SonicSearch.
Using Your Site’s Interface
- You can find tracks similar to one already on your site using the drop down on a track line listing. Just choose “Similar Tracks (SonicSearch)”.
- To upload a new file, expand the search bar using the icon on the right and select the “Upload a Track” option. We support WAV, AIFF, and MP3 files.
